Athletics and Academics redefines the student athlete.

We educate youth ages 7-17 on how to become both an excellent athlete and student. Athletics and Academics basketball camp combine the two disciplines, teaching student athletes the importance of playing the sport right as well engaging them intellectually by different elements of the game. Through hands-on sessions teaching basketball skills, to hearing from well-respected athletes and academia, we help our students understand sportsmanship, the discipline of playing the game and the healthiness of competition.

Athletics and Academics was founded by NBA player and Colgate graduate Adonal Foyle. Adonal started the camp to educate youth on the importance of being both a great athlete and student. Adonal plays a hands-on role throughout the entire camp emphasizing the many different realms of basketball. Beyond scoring points, he loves to reclaim the notion of rebounding, defensive slides, and blocking shots.
